A neighborhood like Montibello is not served well by a directory. The houses are custom, the lots are mature, and most of the value now created here comes from renovation, addition, and careful rebuilding rather than new inventory. That work needs a broker who can price an original house against a finished one, a builder who has opened walls in this part of Charlotte before, a designer who can keep a house reading as itself, and an integrator who plans the wiring before the drywall closes.
